Helpful staff, marvellous location and sensational breakfast. It was nice to be offered to move into a family room. Besides, it offers free Wi Fi.

The hotel was superior. There were a mini-fridge-bar, satellite television and a clothes-hanging unit in the room, which was great. Set in an unbeatable location in old district Hoan Kiem. We have to thank excellent staff for special stay.
